Customer Reviews

“We were doing a kitchen remodel. We called around looking for a dumpster for the first time. Moon Dumpsters had the best price, but it gets better. It was great working with Bob. His drivers where very professional and right on time. They put wood under the wheels of the dumpster so the wheels would not damage the driveway. We have used the company twice now. Both experience where perfect. The second time no one was home and the delivery was no problem. We got home from work and there the dumpster was ready for our use. Awesome company. Don’t waste time looking anywhere else.”

“I submitted a request for a price quote via the Moon Dumpsters website on a Sunday afternoon. First thing Monday morning, the owner, Bob Jones, contacted me. Within an hour, he had a 12-yard dumpster sitting in the driveway of my Grandmother’s house. My family had 5 days to get the house cleaned as it had been sold. The driver who delivered the dumpster was very nice and took the time to ensure it was placed on the correct side of the drive. It was also placed on wooden blocks so as not to scratch the pebble driveway. Not only was Bob prompt, courteous, helpful, and polite, but he was also the most professional. When I called to schedule a pickup for Friday afternoon, I asked how late it could be picked up as I was afraid we would still be feverishly filling it. He told me he could pick it up no later than 3 pm, and we agreed on that time. Friday morning, it appeared we would finish earlier than anticipated, so I contacted him to let him know it could be picked up at 2 pm. His driver promptly arrived at our original agreed-upon time of 3 pm sharp. I cannot thank Bob enough for the help he and his company gave my family this past week. There’s no way we could’ve accomplished the enormous task without a Mini Moon Dumpster! Thanks again, Bob!”

“I spoke with Mr. Bob Jones at this Company, to have a dumpster delivered to an apartment. Mr. Jones was outstanding in taking care of my needs, it was delivered when He said it would be, and it was explained to me how to open and close it. The gentleman who delivered it was very professional. He answered any questions I had. I was very impressed with this Company. When I called Mr. Jones to schedule for them to pick it back up. He was very professional and told me when it would be picked up, and it was. I found Mr. Jones very honorable, He did everything he told me He would do. I would highly recommend this Company. This is the only Company I will use in the future for any needs. A kind Thank You to Mr. Jones for helping me in my need, during this difficult time in the loss of my brother.” Sincerely, Mrs Decker

“My first time using Moon Dumpsters, and it won’t be my last. I called around to a few dumpster rental companies, but Bob at Moon Companies worked hardest to give competitive pricing and customer appreciation. He worked with me to figure out optimal dumpster placement, communicated on my particular project’s waste materials, and dates/times. His staff was incredibly thoughtful. The gentleman who dropped off the dumpster was excellent, making no assumptions, he worked with me every step of the way. Everyone I worked with at Moon Dumpsters was all about great communication, expectations, instructions, and customer service. Top notch experience. Thanks guys!”

“Friendly staff, very responsive, super helpful! I’ve used them for my home and business, and both experiences were great. I love the low profile of the mini dumpster itself, and the delivery and pickup caused no disturbance to my driveway or my neighbors. I highly recommend their services!”

“Outstanding Company with a great reputation. I tried several other places for a very small dumpster and either nobody would call back, or they were a few weeks out. They brought it down the hill, made sure that my driveway was clear of debris, and gently put it down. No damages to person or property, and their staff was very professional. I recommend them!”
